How will my parcel be delivered?
Your parcel will be dispatched by royal mail once purchased within 1-2 working days and will be sent with the selected postage option chosen at checkout.
Do i pay for delivery?
Yes delivery is charged based per order and not per item therefore it is a one delivery charge. Be sure to follow us on social media or sign up to our marketing emails for delivery discounts or coupon codes.
Will i be charged customs fees?
Custom fees are usually chargeable on the selected country and if over the amount of £50. For all UK purchases there is no charge however for the rest please check first before purchasing.
My item has become faulty?
Please email us at email@example.com and send us an image of the fault in order for us to resolve the issue.

Tracking my order?
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email which will have your tracking number so its easy for you to track and trace your parcel.
I havent recieved my order?
If you have not received your order within the delivery dates of your selected postage option please email us with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can i return an item?
Personalised products are non returnable nor refundable as they have been made to your requirements. For all non personalised products you have 14 days from delivery to return your item for a refund.
What payment types can i use?
We have several payment options available from card to paypal. Please select the appropriate payment option for yourself at checkout.
Can i pay by a Gift Card?
We currently do not have any gift card payment options at the moment.

Has my payment gone through?
If your payment has gone through you will receive an order confirmation as well as an invoice by email. If you believe a payment has been made and have not received the email please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
