Personalised items are non returnable nor refundable as the products have been produced solely for the purpose of the individual and cannot be resold.
If the product is faulty this must be reported within 3 working days from receipt. Images must be provided of the fault which will then allow us to determine whether the order is eligible for a refund or a replacement. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a replacement is issued please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from point of confirmation. If a refund is issued please allow 3-5 working days for it to be returned back to the original payment method that was selected.
Refunds or replacements cannot be given on personalised items where fault or damage is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if the personalisation has been misspelled.
Images provided for items where an image can be printed must be of a high resolution. Any image provided of low resolution will still be printed and we will not be held liable if the image is blurry on your print.
Non personalised items must be returned within 14 days providing we have been notified the item is being returned and it has not been opened or used. Postage for the return must be paid by yourself and we must be provided the tracking number for the return. Upon return items will be inspected and refund will be issued excluding any postage charged for the order.
